Living The Living

It has been a month now since I moved houses to a new rental place.

Well so far, everything is all right, the landlord and the other tenants are friendly, but they keep to themselves, which is fine by me.

What I learned from moving to places all these years is assessing the place and home owner, price is secondary in my books.

So far my luck with the landlord have been alright, they’re all mentally sound and not wacko.

I’m lucky so far, as I’ve heard some fcuked up stories on tenants having problems with their places or landlord *touch wood*.

Of course as I get more established and more capable financially, I would like to move on to a better and bigger places, but it should still be simple, nothing too extravagant.

The bachelor pad or ‘fuck pad’ as we guys call it, the place where I’m at now ain’t a crib I wanna bring the girls home to. It ain’t too shabby but it ain’t the Hilton either. Let’s just leave it at that.

I’m still a long way thinking about home ownership … just working my ass off like any other ‘white collar’ worker out there. We’re all trying to make a living and a name for ourselves in our own industry.

I think for now I shall put my academic pursuit on hold now. Of course I’ve plans to further my studies again, but after a decade plus of mugging, such pressure is already bad enough on my receding hairline.

I’ve to start thinking about family and work for now. This is life eh, you have to slog and save but I’d say live a little too.

With that, happy holidays to all.

It surely feels good to have your own bachelor pad though. How many malay dudes actually go out and find their own place to live? Not many but you did it anyway even though you dont own it, its a great way to learn how to be independent. So thats a good thing. But whatever you do, jgn lupa pakai condom ah! hahahahah

You’re very subtle in your comment eh :p

You start off with a compliment and ends with a ‘telling off’ haha.
