One is always never satisfied with how they look. We would always wish for a better nose or perhaps we’re slightly taller.
It’s such a crippling need where we view ourselves very harshly.
Due to this everyone at one point of time, we all suffers from low self esteem.
Well I did
But as I grew up, I know that to soften the stones of insecurity of mine, I need to view myself as a jewel that only need polishing on the inside.
I learned the attracting feature of mine and yours likewise on the outside is just a shell of who I am, far lesser in perspective to the spirit in me. I have accepted for who I am and how I look
There’s plenty of ladies out there who still tries to conform to other people’s appeal or media scrutiny. I’d say ladies be who you want to be, not as someone thinks you are or should be. For this Uncle, skinny, babat or otherwise, you are beautiful to me and I want you to know it
A few babat celebrities I envy
Carnie Wilson (Wilson Philips band fame)

Kristie Alley (Cheers show fame)

Queen Latifah (Rapper/Actress)

Wynona Ryder (Country Singer)

hello sha.. aw..so sweet ur last line..I used to have a very low self esteem cos i am not as slim as my other friends. i was short tempered cos of it. In fact it was just last year that i just felt so upset with myself.but i wanted to be happy..i didnt want to suffer anymore.. so no matter how i look i’ll just be happy that i am healthy and i’m sempurna. alhamdullilah.. hehe..i want to lose weight but i do not want it to be an unhappy process.and to the ladies out there, dont be too hard on yourself.. if you worry about what others think of you, then you are not living your life..if you worry abt guys, well, a guy who’s worth it all, accepts u no matter how u look..
Guys who are sincere, will like you for who you are :)
