What Uncle Sha learned
My Life in Ruins is a charming movie.
Nia Vardalos who plays Georgia, is an American in Greece under the pretext of working as a tour guide, when in fact she’s trying to run away from her problems.
Yeah what else but love, that’s bugging her. I reckon from the story, it’s some guy back in the States who broke her heart.
It’s funny how everyone else, but only oneself could make out what’s wrong.
As they say love is indeed blind.

I know it’s hard but you just have to make a conscious effort to move on.
I guess the first step is actually admitting that there is in fact a problem
I do truly believe everyone is responsible for his or her own ‘adventures’ in life.
Well Georgia in the film in the end finally get to terms with her issues, and resolved her love-life.
If you like stereotypes cliches, well this is the movie for you!
