To date this year, 2006 is down the drain.
It’s been a pretty bad year for me with my injury still lingers.
I mean I can run, but the niggling feeling of the hamstring and butt ache when I sprint is just so distracting.
I just can’t run.
Every dark clouds has a silver lining they all say, well I hope mine is just around the corner over the horizon.
I don’t want to stay depress for another year
