In the 100m, during warmup i felt good, just a slight twitch in my weak left knees but overall i felt relaxed.
Down on the blocks, I tried the new stepping by my coach; butt abit down, elbows not locked, look straight down.
I did 11.7, which is the same timing as the last 2 All-Comers but this time round, i didn’t struggle and carried my form to the tape
For the 400m, I was feeling kinda weak lar, why not, as I’ve to wait 4 hours after my last event.
I ate some bread in-between but I still felt sluggish.
I did 52.04s, and I believe my first 200m was slow.
I didn’t follow my training race-plan and I felt disappointed
I still cant break the 52s barrier this season.
But I was satisfied that my last 100m, I was strong enough pump my hand and not decelerate rapidly as with previous races
