I had a mini race today at school and oh boy I felt heavy when running. I just don’t feel that fluid running motion, it’s like I’m a big godzilla wreaking havoc in its path.
Haha. I can’t even overtake some school ‘Kampung King’ runner.
He had a lead, so I went chasing him from the start and when around at the 300m mark when I wanted to make my move, I felt flat and deflated like a sack of bad bananas.
Haha. I could just hung on, thats all I can do.
So ways to cut down my bulk, I’m planning to
1) Stop taking creatine. It made me bloated, I’m not as toned as before
2) More cardio, on grass hopefully
3) Less junk food, that includes my daily chocolate fix, awwwww
4) Cutting down on salt
5) Lastly try not to act cute and steal friend’s food. No wonder I’m bulky. You all have been letting me eat crap!
On my last weighing session I’m 69kg.
