Few weeks back, Team Gila-Gila comprising of weekend runners and misfits joined Singapore Polytechnic Poly50 campus relay race, under the alumni category.
Though the race was tough and we didn’t get our Top3 placing; inpart due to kanasai errors by the lap counters handling the cards, my team of 7 guys and 3 gals had lots of fun!
Unlike previous years where I just have to run with no worries, this year Poly50 was kinda different for me. Being the Team Captain, I had to settle the organising, training, instruction, etc prior, during and post race.
Luckily I had the help of Juli, one of the runner cum longtime friend to share my burden.
