Alright, here’s another laugh at your Uncle/Pakcik moment. Yesterday I had a run, two in fact. Running the relays for my local athletics club.

I’m the oldest geezer that was running yesterday. The average age for participants yesterday was around 19-years-old. And you might ask, why am I still doing this ‘nonsense’, well because I love it. Keeps me fit, but at the expense of being laugh at. So what.
