The trash that’s accumulated in a few days time
First and foremost Happy New Year to all.
How was your party yesterday night, well as for me, it was a homely affair.
More like an overdose of movies, from 500 Days of Summer, The Count of Monte Cristo, Skellig, The Blind Side, The Hills Have Eyes 1 and 2, to Brittany Murphy’s Uptown Girls.
No extravagant parties for me this year, and probably the coming ones, as I’ve begun a new phase in my life with a goal in mind.
It’s back to being discipline and ‘torturing’ myself so to say to attain what I seek.
This will be my first post of the year, a new era that is in 2010, making this entry my 1753rd post so far.
Steady as we go eh ..
I don’t really do resolutions and such, as for me, every day is a day that’s waiting to be seized.
Back to my entry at hand, well there’s a recent flurry of emails to my inbox recently regarding about my diet.
Questions such as my eating pattern, the specific food, and such. One email even was not convinced that I ate that much for my small frame.
Well the photo attached in the above is of my trash bag as proof, keke.
And it can be a chore taking out the trash every few days, but well that’s part and parcel of eating plenty.
As I’ve adviced those who seek my opinion, eating more and spreading it out over smaller meals is a much healthier option.
Call me Mr. Fart from now on, I’ve to finish all those boiled eggs in 2 days time! Eggs gives me gas
Smaller meals evenly spaced throughout the day reduces food cravings, control blood sugar levels & insulin production, maintain & increase lean muscle mass and you’ll have more energy.
If you want to lose weight and gain that much wanted lean muscle, this is one of the faster route in getting there.
I usually munch on something every 2-3 hours.
Why?
Well it keeps your metabolism strong to burn more calories, and energy levels remain constant throughout the day.
Combined with a sound training program, you’re on your way to the ideal body type you’re looking for.
But the stickler to such a new healthier eating habit is that you must prepare your food well ahead of time.
It is possible even those who are working 8-5. Just put your meals into a Tupperware container, and take them to work.
That’s part of the sacrifice you’ve to make if you want amazing changes to your body.
Trust me, it works. Give it a try.
