  1. The secret is > wanting fitness success > learning how to obtain it > applying what you learn
  2. Have a goal
  3. Set realistic goals
  4. Positive thinking
  5. Plan your training (Have backup days)
  6. Indulgences is fine (In moderation)
  7. Find training partner/group
  8. Fitness should be fun
  9. For a start, minimum twice a week workout
  10. Your diet need to change if want to lose weight, keyword is “gradual”
  11. A change in diet doesn’t need to be expensive
  12. There’s no such thing as magic diet or supplements
  13. Don’t starve yourself silly, that’s stupid
  14. Alternate and change your workout often so as not to get bored
  15. Exercise where there’s plenty of hot babes & guys for motivation :p
  16. You, and only you, are responsible for your fitness success!

    hye dude….really keen on build those muscle like yours…well i’m a beginners actually haha…oh my…i cannot help my self but sleep like a baby when read all you health tips…weihh…give arr tips untuk beginner…really appreciate…especially for those who working….

      Well always start small, have a realistic goal

      The main importance is focus. If you put enough attention to it, you will manifest it
