- The secret is > wanting fitness success > learning how to obtain it > applying what you learn
- Have a goal
- Set realistic goals
- Positive thinking
- Plan your training (Have backup days)
- Indulgences is fine (In moderation)
- Find training partner/group
- Fitness should be fun
- For a start, minimum twice a week workout
- Your diet need to change if want to lose weight, keyword is “gradual”
- A change in diet doesn’t need to be expensive
- There’s no such thing as magic diet or supplements
- Don’t starve yourself silly, that’s stupid
- Alternate and change your workout often so as not to get bored
- Exercise where there’s plenty of hot babes & guys for motivation :p
- You, and only you, are responsible for your fitness success!
