Glucosamine Flexijoint

Do you want to stay supple and having your joints in good working condition. Well try Glucosamine. This little ‘baby’ will repair and lubricate the cartilage around damaged or existing joints.

More scientifically known as glucosamine sulfate, it is a safe product for consumption and has been tested under various studies that it’s an absolute supplement you should be taking, athlete or otherwise.

I usually take around 750mg two times a day. That’s about 1 capsules per dosage.

So how to choose what type of Glucosamine?

You might think Glucosamine is glucosamine, right?

Wrong! There are different forms of glucosamine in varying amounts. The quality of the glucosamine can vary greatly between products.

When purchasing glucosamine, look for a product with the highest quality glucosamine available. Many companies use medium grade glucosamine. If you want the full benefits of glucosamine, find a pharmaceutical grade glucosamine. Glucosamine in sulfate form provides the most effective absorption and tissue.

Then lookout for these complementary ingredients Boswellia, Yucca, Manganese Ascorbate, Shark Cartilage, Boron and Omega 6 Fatty Acids

Some glucosamine comes in MSM form. To take note that such products contains Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO), a substance that can cause major toxicology problems

As for me I bought a generic glucosamine sulfate with some complementary ingredients. It’s nothing too expensive but it covers my basic needs for my joint healing.

Remember that cheaper is not always better and more expensive is not always better. Choose wisely. Contact me if you need help
