Join the launch event at Wisma Atria this Saturday

Well Shape Run 2009 is back. I obviously didn’t take part as its an all-women event, but I was asked to do some media coverage on it last year and it looked fun.

Gals I do recommend you join this run, as there will be no boys which means no cheekopek to kacau (annoy) you when you run or exercise.

But last year I saw some of the husbands and boyfriends tagging along. It is ‘allowed’, but boys don’t be a baboon and make a fuss, keep a low profile.
