To be happy in life, you need to cover all the basics, relationship, intellectual, financial, spiritual and lastly physical. The last factor, well all I can say people these days are neglecting their health to get the first four.

Well that’s my observation of course. Either they don’t care its important enough or truly ignorant of such facts. Think of it this way. You can’t really enjoy your ‘riches’ when you’re six feet undergound right?

As you can know I’m a big fan of health and fitness. I’m living it and doing it often. I may not train and workout as intense as I used to when I was younger. I’ve to admit as you grow older you have more responsiblities and your idle time during youth may not be as abundant as it is when you’re older

But I make the time to get fit and stay in shape. For one, its good for my confidence and secondly to get laid! Hahaha … ok fine a bit crude of a reason but you do get my point right

So my formula in life is “good health is the secret of happy life”

Just sit down and think about it for awhile before making up your mind on it, or retort with your own claims here in the comments. There’s an old saying that goes “sound mind in sound body” which means healthy mind can be found only in healthy bodies, and I agree on that

Sick people have a more gloomy outlook on life don’t you think. Yes I agree that in life, it’s unpredictable. You may be struck down with illness or an accident *touch wood*, and there’s nothing you can do about it to prevent such fate

But I believe, that’s unforeseen factor in play and what I’m talking about today is a factor that’s attainable and why not take the plunge, doing some effort, ‘suffer’ some to get some, and transform yourself into a person of health

I’m living the life pal … and you should too!

    Yes, totally agreed. When you’re sick or ill. You will be sad, suffered and unhappy. But people aren’t just thinking about that. They’ll just think about, I’m going to die soon, so why not enjoy life and eat food that I like rather than keeping a healthy diet. I know healthy food is not tasty but you can try it and once awhile get yourself some unhealthy food but not so often.

    Running runs away the stress too! Well, only that my definition of fitness is gyming out and running yourself crazy on weekend… that kinda works for me!
