Well I went out yesterday for a group outing. I organised an outing for my previous Track & Field club, where old mates can gather, converse, rilexs in town, “makan”, enjoy a movie and just hang in town.
Well initially, the response was great, but as the day nears to the outing date, lesser and lesser people promised they’ll come.
Some seriously cant come but some just give ridiculous excuses.
I was disappointed, this outing is a yearly thing ler .. bleah. Cant be bothered
Today is the big day, WINGS Open down over at ACS(I).

Its free entry and you’ll get to see Track babes in skimpy shorty, tights and if yo’re lucky, you’ll get to see me in “thongs” running, YIKES! … keke.
I’m kinda worried how Ill perform today actually.
My main worry is myself i guess. I just have to keep the faith, let my leg do the “talking” and just focus on frequency, power and not to over-stride.
