Back to current times, soccer has evolved into a giant money making industry, millions of soccer moms tending to their young soccer kids, top footballers paid ridiculously high wages, the referee is ever ‘blind’ to calls and offenses being committed and Singapore finally scraping Goal 2010.
Which goofball thought of such idea anyway, yeah right, Singapore qualifying for the World Cup?
