This is posted in advance via timestamp. I’ll be away for the next 2 weeks
My video of my last time-trial two weeks back
I did pretty bad … well timing wise, but considering that I just put in two times a week of training
You won’t be able to see the first part of the 120m plus run
That’s the best angle I could find at the stadium
By the way I’m trying to compare YouTube vs Vimeo
I was impressed by Rinaz video uploads. Will there be difference in video quality
Both sites I uploaded the same video
YouTube (350m Video)
Vimeo (350m Video)
I find Vimeo is better than YouTube in terms of video quality
But the downside, there’s an upload limit of 500MB per week for Vimeo
Still I’ll keep on using Vimeo from now on
Thanks Rinaz for the recommendation!
By the way, I used video recording method these to get a more accurate timing
Also plus holding onto a watch to time myself can be rather difficult
You should try it …
DV camcorders are dirt cheap these days anyway
My Time Trial Conclusion
350m Timing Clocked at: 46.4s (My PB is 43.2s btw, way off hur)
Breakdown: 24+ (200m mark), 38+ (300m mark), 46.4 (End)
So that’s 14s from 200m-300m and 8s for the last 50m
Thus my predicted 400m timing would be late 54s range … muahaha oh boy I’m crap
So there you go, by training 2x a week, you can still do a ‘superb’ 54s still
[sarcasm on] Imagine if I were to train 6x a week, I could be a world record holder [/sarcasm off]

Yes, vimeo is pretty sweet :) I think its superior to many video streaming sites its pretty obvious from the two comparison, the youtube and the vimeo clip of the stadium :)
Thanks for the recommendation
