I think I’ll start a jogging trail entry. I jog often, most of the time I love trying out new routes. So why not put a blog entry about the distance, timing and route.
You might try it yourself and feedback to me of your run! Let’s try to outdo each other in our timings. This is a race itself!

It’s a relaxed pace for me. I’ve never really been to Pioneer Mall nor the new Jurong West stadium, so I decided to add it part of my jogging route.
Pioneer Mall to my surprise was quite a small place. Really small. I wouldn’t say it even qualifies as a Mall. I might be wrong, as I only jogged on the outside
As for Jurong West stadium, I did a run-by on the inside awhile only. It’s really a spanking new stadium. The grass turf is the best I’ve seen compared to other stadiums. Those golf type grass you know, very fine looking. Even the track is still bouncy.
There’s already a regular stream of joggers by the time I arrived there. I think I’ll train here one day. Training at NTU SRC can be a bore at times
And oh yah here’s a follow-up of my 61kg new lean mean body. Got 13% of you don’t want to see me half-naked!

i think it’s progressive running .. i once too started with 1-2km .. now its just a warmup

hey i’ve noticed right.. that no matter how toned a malay guy gets, why is it that his stature and muscles and all are a lean sort of build?! i mean.. with black guys i know.. they work out run and all.. yet their bodies are sooo gigantic, macam masses of rock walking around?!
oh that have to depend on body types, certain genes helps
.. but theoretically a person can grow BIG muscles if her eat the right stuff, train smart and sleep well
my main aim for now is lean muscle, i dun need big muscle to run, too heavy to carry
