Today training was reaction plus added speed endurance.

I tried my best keeping up with my mates in the speed reaction but speed endurance, I was totally eating their dust.

It was 2x150m & 2x120m.

After the run, I totally had cramps and took quite awhile to catch my breath.

Hell, at least I tried.

Will keep on trying.
