Today i trained alone.
Most of my trackmates are busy.
Its the festive season here.
They know today there’s training and I was hoping that some of them might train, but I was disappointed.
I’m not saying I’m better than them, just that you only have one shot at this.
You’re young only once
Once you’re over that golden age of training, your cartilage, your body cant keep up with the rigorous hard training though your mind and soul are willing
I guess its a matter of how much you badly want it …
Success, personal best or whatever your ideal goal is.
I know i cant fail.
