The ache is back
I would usually get this sort of aching after a good deal of training, and this week I did
I continued my training post-exam period
Previously my self-training during exam was sparse itself, I could count the number of training days with my hand
I felt guilty every time I’m not out there working my ass off. Training withdrawal syndrome I guess
Now, I’ve never felt better than ever before after redeeming myself with a good workout these two weeks, and surprisingly I’m supplement free these few months
No vitamins, no anti-oxidants, no protein, not even glucosamine
I’m trying out a new plan to be free from supplements
Oh I do believe in aiding your training with supplements, but I’m trying out something new
My advice just get enough sleep, recovery, quality training and eat right. That’s the most basic thumb of rule in working out in whatever sport
I had my first ever cheat day two days ago. Once when I ate a Kebab at ZoukOut and another a FKC meal right after ZokOut. Heavenly!
Training wise, I’m doing a lot of GPP (General Prepartory Phase) training. I’m still unsure of my running days future but at least I’m still keeping myself fit
I could branch out to my other interest in sports. Ultimately being fit helps if you were to foray in any new sport, and the skills you could always learn and master it later on right
These days I’m just occupied with training and work, and with that, people keeps asking if it ever gets boring … a.k.a Get a Life Sha
Well I’m perfectly happy with my current routine, thank you
Anyway I can never find any training mates who’s serious or intense enough about the sports I love
One thing about training over here in school, well there’s a lot of mosquitoes. I mean really plenty. You should see my legs.
Even wearing tights, it doesn’t stop these little bloodsuckers. I come out looking like as if I just had chicken pox. The scars is an awful sight
