Training Days

I love training, it’s the part of the day that I look forward to daily! It’s great when you can see yourself improving from all that effort.

It’s even great when you’ve alike certain minded individuals who has the same goals and passion as you. During my span of training, my training group has always been small, even now and I like it that way.

Here’s a glimpse of my typical training day. We were fooling around at Gombak there, everyone so relaxed being that exams are over for most of us. We were doing gym workout.

Here Ken, doing backup, where you train your back + hip. There was weight placed on his leg which you can’t see, and he need to lift his hips up, with the weight on his legs in tow as resistance.

To motivate him, we placed a gay looking postcard! Wahaha

Here’s YL turn, this is the workout where you hang high and then lift your hips + leg straight, knees locked. Works on your hip flexor and abs. But for me, I feel it more on my forearms and grip.

Ok here’s a certain Uncle, who is totally motivated by the bare bodies guys that was being shoved into his face. Hawt! Hot! Hahaha. Didn’t take Alex pic, another of my training mate, the camera went bonkers.

    i do miss training with you guys actuallie. actuallie more of the bf. but u guys are included too. hahaha

    and dude…wats up with the wide grin at the sight of gays? hmmm.

      jeng jeng jeng! Yes unc sha, what’s with the grin? is there something we should know? kekeke…

      Btw, a friend of mine nak tumpang tanya, what’s the best exercise to get rid of flabs on arms and tummy? I know u told me before, for tummy is jogging to burn fats and crunches to refine abs, but for arms?

        grin? of course i was grinning, it was shoved in my face. half naked bodied men! haha

        arms you need toning, esp the triceps. dun forget the cardio go along with it. toning of the arms involved using weights as resistance. see the link, hard for me to explain so below link helps

    for sha…it is a motivation as u can see. everyone either too stunned or too disturbed by it. but not our old man sha.

    anyway…i’m sure the bf din say anythin like dat. i know =)

      lerrrrrrr cannot bluff you one. we DID see the vid timetrial, and we DID saw couple of old races (yours included) in between.

      Your running style really have improved since your nemo days! :-p
