I’ve been blogging so much about anything and everything else, one might wonder if I’m still pursuing my Project Sha.
Hell yeah I am! This week I’ve finally gone from 11 weeks of loading to the next phase of my training. I’m absolutely utterly delighted to be wearing my spikes again! Weeeeeee. My injured hamstring has that uncomfortable niggling feeling but I’m hoping its just minor strain.
My first speed endurance and endurance this week was tough on my body. The mind is willing but the body just kept telling me, STOP STOP STOP. Haha, what a wuss! Well I’m not stopping, “Onwards Tonto!”
