Here’s a lowdown of my super fast fat loss training blueprint for the past 3-4 weeks.

Weight is holding steady at 64kg and might break into 63kg region by next week perhaps.

Well there’s no shortcut to looking wonderful and its great to be back working out.

I don’t really have the luxury to train as intense as last time when I was running competitively, but my training schedule for now is suffice to lose fats, toned my body, regain my eight pack and looking ripping lean.

Another thing about training recently, I’m back being totally tanned these days. The surfer look kinda tan ya know.

My advise to those who are frustrated not being able to lose weight, I’ve come to observe, that most of them don’t implement some kind of diet changes.

Not its not about starving yourself, but eating a balanced diet, clean healthy food. For example, I consume 5-6 small meals daily and none of what I gobble down is processed food. I prefer to boil my food or get it as it is, straight fresh from nature.

Also get quality whey protein, like isolates type. If you’re already doing well in your workout, to step-up the level, these types of isolates whey are much better than the usual generic whey protein.

I’ve tested and charted my progress before using such isolates and I gain awesome lean mass in just weeks. Trust me, it works!

Uncle Sha Training Plan

  1. Increase daily calorie to 3000-4000
  2. Consuming AST VP2 Whey Protein Isolate
  3. An hour workout 6 times a week
