One of the more subtle ways to improve your running mechanics over time is ‘perfecting’ your drills

As for me, the first time I did it, I found it quite hard to emulate what my seniors or coach are asking me to do.

I still do find it tough to do the complex drills, but I’ve gotten slightly better over the years. But of course I could do better

Another way to improve is to observe the ‘experts’ doing it

Well below are some of the drills on video that I do on regular basis during training

He’s a great sprinter but he’s no talker. He mumbled lah during the video, or that’s just how he speaks

The above video is what culminates after all that running drills. Perfection in motion

So do the above drills if you wish to develop some fast twitch muscle and better running coordination

You’ll feel at odds doing it the first time round, but practice makes perfect right
