
One of the more subtle ways to improve your running mechanics over time is ‘perfecting’ your drills
As for me, the first time I did it, I found it quite hard to emulate what my seniors or coach are asking me to do.
I still do find it tough to do the complex drills, but I’ve gotten slightly better over the years. But of course I could do better
Another way to improve is to observe the ‘experts’ doing it
