Excellent Starting Blocks

One thing I always dread doing, is the starting blocks

I’ve always been a bugling fool trying to ‘master’ it these few years

I mean I tried and will keep on trying. I’ve extra dead skin patches on my knee to prove it, haha

You can’t run away from it, as it’s a requirement in races

Now let’s see the ‘professional’ at it

They make it look so easy right, I’m so envious of them

Asafa Powell himself has an excellent start. He has been know to still running ‘low’ even at 40m mark

Well I love viewing such videos, it stirs the emotion in me, to get me motivated to correct my own form
