Based on my current weight progress, I’ve been fluctuating between 77 to 79 kilograms these past few weeks.
My body just refuse to hit the magical 80 kilograms weight marker.
This would mean I would have to force myself to stuff more calories into me.
I would also have to be more discipline in getting my food intake evenly throughout the day.
It really looks easy on paper when you’re planning your meals, but trust me, it’s truly difficult to track and note of the hours of the day that I planned to consume my food.
This is me at 78 kilograms. My height is 1.72 metres, so my BMI is around 26. Plenty of water retention, and my 8-packs is not visible any more but that's expected when you're bulking. I can't wait to cut. I've still six more months to go bulking.
My stomach is already bloated as it is with all the nutrients that I consumed on a daily basis.
I really don’t know if I could hit my targeted 90 kilograms weight by the end of my 1-year bulking.
I started out at 64 kilograms, and I’m left six months or so left to hit my goal.
Well I ain’t giving up that easily of course. I’ve gotten good gain so far, and I do hope to shake off this period of stagnation.
This is my current phase of routine. I train my body parts five times a week, with the weekend reserved for recovery, cardio and abs

Hey Sha, you should see better gains by changing your routine, your body gets used to a routine and will respond well to shock changes every week, different body parts on different days, do not do the exact same exercises every week. I would go into detail about why, but its taken me 10 years of training and learning, this box isn’t big enough haha. Give it a go for three weeksand ssee how it goes. Good luck
Thanks bro. I received the same advice from an old-timer in the gym. I shall try it, and mix-it up.
Hi Sha. I had been and still a fan of you. I admire your six packs and golf looks.
Thanks Michael.
