This is the outcome of my 8-weeks bulking program. I started out on October 24th, and today is the 18th December. After weighing myself earlier at the gym, I’ve found out that I’ve gained 8 kilograms.
I was 64 kilograms before and now I am 72 kilograms.

That’s nothing short of amazing to me. The gain translates to one kilogram per week. I do hope however it’s all lean muscles of course, and not fat, considering I’ve really forgo my cardio as of late.
The next phase of my training is of course to start on another program, and I’ve decided to proceed for another 8-week of bulking again.
I’m still nowhere near the weight of a model natural bodybuilder. My target is looking like Rob Riches, the fitness model and that I believe will take a long-term commitment.
Let’s not think that far ahead eh, and focus on my current gain. Looking at the photos, I’ve gained muscular mass and depth in all areas especially my upper body. So that’s good.
It is said it’s always the easiest to gain when you’re just starting out before stagnation ensues during the 5-6th year of training. Well here’s to another 8-weeks of bulking.
I’ll post Phase 2 of my training details in the next fitness entry.

shoot!
I thought it was mat salleh mana entah….
gained 8kg only in 8 weeks?
how? any supplement?
Hi,
I’ve a:
- Clean diet that I stay on throughout the year
- 8 small meals per day
- 4,000 to 5,000 calories p/day
- Supplements I used are Ultimate Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate
- Muscle Juice 2544 (Careful this weight gainer has a lot of sugar)
- Jack3D preworkout
Hope this helps.
got stuck up with my daily study routine.
got no time to workout, no money to buy the supplement. maybe in next coming years…
are you full time athlete?
I can relate to you.
I was a student too, but one day I decided I knew I can’t compete with the China & foreign students, so I might as well train.
I worked part-time as a student for my supplements back then.
No I’m not a full-time athlete, but I workout plenty. Six times a week as I like it.
