Week 36

It’s funny how I’ve seen more cutting on my body after my diarrhea. LOL!

I think that’s to be expected considering I’ve lost weight.

To be exact around 4 kilograms.

I was 80kg before the food poisoning, and am now hovering around 76-77 kilograms.

Week 36 of gym.

Of course I’m trying hard to regain that weight that I’ve lost.

I’m slowly getting back into the groove of things, supplementation, food intake to the workouts.

I was so weak during that diarrhea weekend, I literally made the toilet my home.

Anyway that ordeal is kind of an epiphany as I found ways and tweaks to improve my program.

I’m coming back stronger than ever!

    Although your body decrease ur weight but u still have nice body… For me it damn hard to increase my body weight.. btw i hope u can gain some kg to achive ur goal.. btw what your facebook acc?
