Alright so my fine-run of not being sick for four years has come to an end finally.
But then again, is having diarrhoea considered an illness? It’s just stomach pain and constant visits to the loo …
Oh well I shall resign to this, admit its bodoh of me to be gelojoh (greedy) and learn from this.

The thing is few days ago I kena (contracted) diarrhoea. A really bad one that is. I didn’t go to the doctors as I hate pills and injection. The very reason I kept myself fit and healthy in the first place is because of that.
How I got the diarrhoea? Well I was out with friends, we had some makan (food), that was alright, but the thing is I was in my rest week from everything, so I decided not to prepare my meals as usual but buy them instead.
So in all, being a big-eater, I ate plenty and I can’t really pin-point which food that I bought that caused the diarrhoea. So now I’ve lost couple of precious days of rest-time, where instead of ogling at gurls or enjoying myself, here I am stuck in the toilet-bowl.
Yeah I know gross!!
I think I’ve lost the number of times I’ve been to the loo. But I do know the left and front toilet wall has 162 wall tiles, so I’m just left counting the right and back toilet wall to complete the humiliating bad week.
I think currently I looked like Christian Bale in that movie Machinist. Think skeletor. I’ve lost much weight. It’s all the water retention, totally gone from my body. I know so as I’ve chapped lips, feels dehydrated, I’m always thirsty and every visit to the loo, its just water coming out of me … On 1 2 3 together now, Eeeyyeeeewww Uncle Sha!! Hahaha.
I feel like I’m in one of those quick weight loss scams. The weight you’ve lost is not the real-deal, but just water. I think I would be the perfect candidate. Beauty Salons contact Uncle Sha now!
I miss running too, and I can’t do any runs when I’m having stomach cramps. I feel like a gurl on PMS now in fact, stupid stomach contractions hurts like hell. But I’m very degil (stubborn). Everytime I get a painful contraction, I’d say bring it on, challenging the illness more. Oh yeah I shall outlast this bugger.

I think I shall be alright by tomorrow and it will be a wonderful lovely week with my usual routine by Sunday afterwards. So in all lesson learned, prepare my own meals. Stick to my routine moron!
Oh….hey i knw it sounds irony cos whatever you drink will come out from the end.. bt hey.. u need to drink lots of water as diarrhoea will cause dehydration….
understand from the post that u do not like pills and injections… so bt hey u NEED to eat pills.. eat the po chai, its gd for diarrhoea!!! nw is not the time to be da MAN!!! u need medicine to recover faster!!! or it will be worse…choi… i knw “touchwood”……. bt hey… eat some pills and drink plenty of water!!!!
U can BE da MAN and talk like DA MAN after you have recover k!!!! treat yrself 1st before others have to start treating u back!!! I knw… CHOI!! touchwood!!!! i also do not want tat to happen!!!! bt just an advise frm a fren… :P

No worries, I’ve been through a couple of diarrhoea, so I know the routine.
I’m about 90% recovered now, skinnier but feeling good.
oh…tt’s gd to hear… :) well.. have a gd rest and hope u will achieve 100% recovery soon.. :)

Tats remind me of the time we gt back from G.Ledang when most of us gt food poisoning. U seems shrunked for track training.
