Aren’t You Having Exams?

Sha May 2, 2007 8

It’s true it’s exam period for me now, but how am I able to find the time to blog?

Well the answer lies in the WordPress blog script that I’m using!

It’s a wonderful tool. I can actually make a post in advance. Well in fact this entry was made well before my exams start.

I just choose the date I wish this entry to appear. So by the time you’re reading this, it’s like 1-2 weeks old and right about now, I’m probably stupor dead tired in my chair over my revision now, haha

So basically I line up about 2 weeks worth of topic with some updated entries in between. Yeah that’s the planner me. I plan in advance for everything :-)

So I truly suggest those who wants to blog, get the online free WordPress service at WordPress.com if you don’t have your own server. Here’s a recent review where WordPress ‘trashed’ every other blogging platform.

There’s plenty of nifty feature in WordPress, I’ll let you find it out yourself. Blogger user, migrate over to WordPress.com, its freaking better!

Do you have any stories or feedback about using WordPress, do leave your thoughts in here. So try wordpress … are you a believer now?

i moved from blogger to wordpress because i could categorise my stuff. but since i left, blogger just started introducing labels to its users. damn! but i wouldnt switch to blogger again. sometimes they ‘telan’ ur entries. i have yet to experience that with wordpress.

i don’t think you will ever experience a ‘swallowing’ incident in wordpress. I think they are using MySql db to record entries into it which I don’t think blogger is using.. or are they ? hmmm

wordpress does use mysql … the only unpleasant experience i have is when there’s too many connection to the server, then DB error, but then again it’s not wordpress fault. it really depends on your server config, if ur host allow plenty of connections at one go. get a dedicated server :-)
