Well I’ve gotten vomit sick of the old theme and the recent email by Mr Fit was the last straw as his feedback was that, he had problem trying to comment on my blog. So it prompted me to sit down for an hour and finally came out with this design. I think its simple and neat. I still maintained the black motif as I want a professional mat look
This theme is faster in loading at only 67kb in size, and 95% of it is all coded using div table, which again will allow faster loading compared to html table. The last 5% I too lazy to find the problem for the div coding, so I used html table. So mafan, so this is not a 100% CSS compliant theme. So be it. As long it loads fine for you me and you eh
I think this is my fifteen version of themes since I started blogging in 2002. I reckon this theme will stick for awhile. Oh yah I’ve removed the math spam comment protection and quicktags plugin. The former prevent user from commenting while the latter seems to fcuk up IE browsers
I’ve uploaded the theme file if you want it, but you have to do some major editing to change it to for own blog. But the good thing about this theme, its SEO friendly as I’ve thrown out the junk codes to a bare minimum. I don’t believe in widgets. Hey I’m a coder, widgets are for midgets. Hey it rhymes. In future free themes I’ll implement widgets options alright

You”ll need to activate the plugins I’ve provided too or the theme will break without it
Update: I’ve reactivated the math protection spam plugin, the amount of spam I got is just crazy without it. Sorry peeps but it has to be done

btw, in ur .psd, what was the “cut” layer for?
Hi there
The cut layer is like a slice option in the new photoshop. Slice as you know automatically slice your images from the settings you made in the image layers
But I’m old-school. Before slice was introduced, i used the methods of creating a layer and cut up my images using that layer by filling up different colors to the layers, based on the design at hand. Use magic wand at setting 0 & non-antialias and pick the color boxes, crop it, save cut image and that’s my own ’slice’ method
I’m used to the old method, although slice option is around.

Yay, I quit a few of years back from TD and quit my Finnish site about a year after. Planned to make a comeback with Sheikh, but it didn’t happen. Now I’m just being a lazyass wannabe designer who practically does nothing and after the surgery, the recovery will just spread my ass wide :)
But yea, football’s a bitch… More about the knee can be found from my blog as I can’t arse to write about it here. It’s from September on in my archives somewhere there :)
For me the olympics are a bit harder as they go from like 5am to 4pm Finnish time so I really have to change my sleeping rhythm :)
As for the WP theme stuff… I guess I should have a look at least a little bit. I have not been coding or working on new websites for a year now or even working with Photoshop so I’m pretty lost at the moment. And considering my creativity level, I’m screwed :)
But we’ll see… Maybe for summer 2011 tonskudaigle.info gets a revamp :D
