I love to be inspired, I need to be inspired and I’m always constantly trying to get inspired. Be it at work, relationships, workouts, my pursuit of a balanced fulfilling life.
It’s pretty easy to say “buck it up and just do it” … For me I need more than just cynical one-liner quip to get me in the best shape, best form, best of anything that is.
Aristotle once said (btw I’m not trying to be chim here ah), “His life only has meaning if he is reaching out and striving for his goals”
I’ve always tried to emulate that meaning always ya know. Yeah sure everyone is entitled to their own interpretation, but I always believe success is partly always surrounding yourself or associate with people and stuff that will get the best out of ya, and being at the right place & at the right time. The rest of the success equation is your initiative. Like H20, two parts hydrogen, one part oxygen, always form water.
That’s why I’ve rejected all forms of media but my own, haha. Throw out that TV out of that living room (well except for the Ellen show of course), stop the media brain-washing. Cut the ‘cancer’ in your life. Get rid of the excess baggage. Ignore friends who take advantage of ya and such.
Personally I think I’m doing alright. I’m not in debt, or living on credit, or a slave to consumer industry where there’s a constant need to buy more things to satisfy that void in your life.
So take control of your life, be inspired, well whatever may that be which works for ya!
The movie ‘Once‘ inspires me … Yeah good movies can be a form of inspiration too.

some recommendations on being inspired…. dun knw if u have heard this song by daughtry – wat abt nw…. or holding on by avril lavigne or even time by chantel kreviazuk… haha.. there are many others to be listed down… bt these songs are also rather inspiring… especially daughtry… love tt song.. :)
oh and there’s also this video about a father love for his son…called rick and dick hoyt… dun knw if u have seen this video too… its abt a father who run in the ironman marathon with his mentally retarded son in tow… its very very inspiring.. and warning.. it will just tug at your heart…the link is below… http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=flRvsO8m_KI
its true… sometimes tv can be brain washing… bt well.. i dont really watch much tv except cartoons.. haha.. to relax…. i knw… a big gal and still watching cartoons.. bt its one of the nicest shows to watch!!! :P pardon me for being childish when it comes to watchin tv.. hahah.. so no.. the tv cannt be thrown cos i need my dose of cartoons when i want to wind down… :P
btw.. there’s a movie for the music video tt u had posted???hmm… hw come i didnt knw.. cos when it comes to inspiring movies…. i am a sucker for tt… cos sometimes one can be inspired by movies too… :P

Indeed the Hoyt ironman & son team is inspirational. They’re a popular figure in sports inspiration.
I’m not saying TV is bad, I was a junkie too, until I found it took too much time from me, which I can use for other useful purposes. I guess keyword is ‘moderation’.

hmmm…ok i shall look out for the movie… to me… small and budget versus the blockbusters movies… doesnt really matter… if its nice and inspiring… i will want to watch it….. oh.. one last movie.. ever heard of rocky balboa.. the movie is a bit slow in the beginning, bt there’s a lot of good and inspiring quotes about life… and its very nice.. catch it if u havent catch it… :) oooh…. the local movie called leap year is also nice.. :P.. and anak haram… :)
