As you all know I’m into running, specifically I’m training for the 400m. Well here’s a short glimpse of my life as a runner, the coaches and athletes I admire. I want to introduce you to Clyde Hart, who was the coach to Michael Johnson, the only athlete with a five Olympic gold medals and was world champion nine times.
Currently Clyde Hart coaches at Baylor University, USA and his current 400m prodigy Jeremy Wariner, who is already an Olympic gold medals and a World Champion. Be warned the article is a bit lengthy but invaluable to all aspiring runners. You need to read this!

Clyde Hart can stake a claim to being the greatest 400m coach of all time.
He has guided Michael Johnson and Jeremy Wariner to the top but there is far more to the man than that. He has worked with a 3min 50sec miler and 1min 44sec 800m runner. On top of that the man from Baylor is always fun to listen to.
