I’ve been doing my own cardio lately and I hope this blog will serve as my motivating factor and witness.
I’m back to my training level now comparable to what I’m training in 2004, where I had my best season before the stupid hamstring injury.
Ever since then recuperating and recovering most of the time, I’ve been adding alot of ‘babat’ and fat to my weight.

The recent trainings and timetrial which was videoed, I can clearly see I looked ‘heavy’. I miss my 2004 form
My weight was 69kg last month, 67kg as of now and I’m hoping to cut down to 64-65kg by the time for my first race, 1st AllComers … Project ‘Fat’ has begun!
