Heres Part 2
After our short stopover at Changi Beach for some supper, we abruptly left with a full stomach to Sembawang Beach. Its quite long trip there, so most of us bar none got some snooze in the van. However though, due to the limited confined space in the van, at times we find ourselves in uncomprising position when we were sleeping.
Yours truly at one instance woke up, finding himself cheek to cheek with John! Hahaha!! Ok enough of brokeback mountain. Upon parking at Sembawang Beach, we found a nice spot along the shoreline to settle down. All of us huddle in the dark, admiring the distant lights.
It is said at one of the treetops here in Sembawang Beach, that you shouldn’t shine your torchlights on it at night. You’ll likely see a female sitting in stillness at the top branch. Scary man … But disappointingly nothing happened. We gave up waiting shortly, as we didn’t sign-up being bitten by mosquitos the size of berries!
Next stop was Lim Chu Kang cemetary. Stories upon stories of encounters has been sighted here. From pontianaks and apparitions, to jins. A camwhoring person myself, I know enough not to take photos of the tombs there. You don’t want to upset the beings there! We found an unused empty road at the cementary and sat squarely smack centre of it! Mario our ghost hunting tour guide shared lurid details of ghost encounters and stories. It was bloody fun!
After Lim Chu Kang cemetary, we actually planned to visit a few more sites but by the time it hit five in the morning, everyone was totally shagged. All our remaining plans was shelved.
We kebelakang pusing (turned around) and decided for some breakfast. We headed to everyones favourite makan (eating) place, Bukit Timah’s Ala-Meen.
Well thats it i guess, haha. No encounters apparently, not that I was hoping one though. Haha. Ghost hunting the next time anyone?
