Few days back, me and Hairol visited Chinatown. It’s a must on everyone’s to do list as it’s an annual once a year only kind of affair. The same goes with other holidays. Once there, as usual, you’ve to jostle with the crowds.
But it was all orderly and I might say the security is pretty tight. Being a former policeboy, I can easily spot non-uniform police officers in plain clothes and I did saw few of my police friends there in-fact.
There’s a stark contrast between the bazaar at Chinatown vs bazzar at Geylang during Hari Raya. For one, there’s not plenty of stalls selling road-side food. Other than bakua and sweet goodies, there’s nothing ‘halal’ I can buy to nibble.
Anyway we had a good stroll around Chinatown before we watched “Epic Movie” at Cineleisure. Word of advise, do not see it! What a crapper! Here’s are the photos below.

BUahhaha!!! WHY HAIROL?!! WHY?!! Kenapa la kamu have to hold the coconuts in that position and with that expression? lol!
