Who has not heard or seen the TV show Friends right
The final season trailer
Although it has been out of circulation on the TV network for the past 3 odd years but every time I put my Friends CD show to reminisce, it is as if the sitcom never left. I have the whole ten seasons plus extras bloopers
Recapping of Friends. A decade of fun and good times
We all grew up watching Friends. For me I was in secondary school when it was on local airplay. It was a time of coming-of-age kind of phase, where I’m still trying to find myself and came along this show that literally made headways
Life after Friends for the stars … how about us?
It’s has a somewhat of a unique quality and attraction we all can relate to. From nutty characters liken to our own friends, and bits and parts of the TV character, well each one of us can endearingly relate to.
1997 interview on Larry King. Kinda dull but it has it moments
I can totally see myself with Monica’s obsessive cleaning compulsion and headstrong ways, or Chandler’s sarcasm and his use of jokes as a defence mechanism to deviate attention from himself, or Phobe’s aloofness, or Ross’s whinniness or Joey’s blur sotongness … but I can’t really relate to Rachel however. For the love of god, I can’t think of any
NBC interview for final season … awww it got me all emo
You what I miss the most about the show, well scenes like Joey’s “How ya doin” pickup line or Ross’s classic sad “Hi” when he’s down and sad as he enters the room, to the group affectionately calling out Phobe as Phebes. I miss those …
Cast of Friends presenting the Emmy in 2002. Everyone looks uncomfortable
These days and con-currently, I’m reviving Friends on my computer to keep me company while I mug for my exams. In-between breaks, I’ll pop-in the CD and there they’ll be
Matthew Perry on Letterman. He used the word ‘emotional’ countless times
So far I’ve watched from the Season One pilot and am now into Season Five. This is where Ross and Rachel are being ‘friends’. Be a man Ross. While their relationship is on uncertain ground now, Chandler and Monica are coming out, Joey growing up as ever and Phobe is still Phobe. Well that’s Season Five. Five down, five more to go
Friends on the Tonight Show in 2004 – Part 1
I think from a guy’s perspective, I really love the insights from the show that’s being told from Monica, Phobe and Rachel point of view. You know the girlie stuff. Although a show, it does has its pointers and at times watching it, I’ll go ‘Oh my god, that’s like totally true’ or it’s so profound
Friends on the Tonight Show in 2004 – Part 2
Ok fun question now, not sounding trashly cheap, if given the chance to sleep with them, who would you do first?
I would do Monica, then Phobe, and lastly Rachel in that order.
Monica because she’s feisty, and Phobe is cute in a odd flaky kind of way while Rachel is just too whiny for me and that voice … Uuurghh shivers, but she’s still a lovable character.
Who would you do first guys? And ladies, how about you, which guy?
Friends on the Tonight Show in 2004 – Part 3
Oh boy, I do miss Friends on TV. I do hope they’ll make a reunion movie or something.
You’ve made a big impact on all our lives
