I was listening to 987fm Daniel Ong’s radio show the other week and he has listener calling in to share their personal problems on air.
Daniel will then dispense several advice or solutions to the problem, somewhat like Aunt Agony. Theres this particular caller who called-in seeking help on how to break up with his buddy (they’re both straight btw). The reason behind it, he find him annoying …
That really cracked me up man!I mean as a guy, how do you actually say to another guy that he wants to break up … for example “Paul, I need to see another man. You and me, its not working out. Its not you, its me”, it sounds freaking hilarious right!
I guess the only way to get out of this kind of predicament or relationship is for the other guy to drop dead and die. I cant imagine me, who hates confrontation myself to ask another guy for a break, hahaha ….
Really really, its because I’ve come to a conclusion that theres certain friends in your life that will always be your friend no matter what. You might not want to see them, but you don’t have a choice, they’ll butt-in … you don’t call them, they call you … you don’t call them back, they’ll call again.
You just have to accept it.
Guys are different than women. The great thing about guys is that, we can become friends over nothing. All we need is sports and women to talk about and well hit it off immediately.
Unlike women, you don’t find us guys checking out another guy, to glance at what he’s wearing or if his hair is kempt. I’ve seen ladies checking out other ladies and I still find it quirky
Hmmm the moral of the story then?
Guys, make more friends of the opposite sex … but then again, theres the issue of platonic relationship. Can a man & woman actually become close friends free from the physical desire, hmmm bugger …
i cnt agree more man.
guy talk :-)
