If you ever need to do your passport or identity card, well do it online.
I was amazed by how fast it took for my identity card to be made. Last weekend, I went to the ICA building to pick it up.
I just need to go to the automated kiosk, key-in my info, get my ticket queue and I was served in around 10 minutes, compared to the half-hour a Makcik seated near to me took, as I overheard her grumbled.
Of course I made an appointment beforehand online the two weeks before. You’ll need to do stuff like scanning your photo and such for online submission.

Well what do you think. I think I’ve grown nicely in all the right areas. The cheekbones are filled up, no more funky mustache, the ears are still crooked but nobody’s perfect. Now I need is just a lass.
