Uncle Sha wants to be a hotbod again.
Uncle Sha wants to relive his glory days when he’s muscular and ripped. Now that he has more time these days, why not eh.

Of course eating healthy, consuming such supplements is just one half of getting a HotBod, you need actually to get off your ass and workout.
Well much to Uncle Sha horror when he started to run again, the natural high endorphins all made up for the aches and pain.
Uncle Sha expects to gain 1.5kg of lean muscle in a month, and 3kg more in 3-4 months. Sounds like a plan!
