Imagine being overseas and all alone. Well that’s the plight of the best bud who’s currently in Aussie for his studies.

His recent email to me, didn’t quite reflect his usual cheerful outlook. The only time I can relate to his current predicament, was when I was in Taiwan for a training stint during my National Service few years back.

Being in foreign soil then, everything was so ‘alien’ and new, it took me quite awhile to get used to the local culture and ways. I do hope the best bud will be able to adapt too, I know he can.

I know you miss Singapore, here’s a couple of photos dude, maybe it will help. Hope to see you soon. Here’s to another 5 years down the road …

can i say something??…
u knw, many of my friends who are in australia,
they said that commercial drugs are very easily obtain there…
and its scary cos people take drugs,
as easily as you can find panadol in the pharmacy…

and my friends are those kind who are quite good you know..
but they succumb to drugs when they are in aussie..
bcos firstly, they feel lonely.. and they want to be accepted..

i hope ur friend will be wise enuf.. cos seriously,
ive heard so much story abt it… so scary….

  Yeah it’s quite scary when such drugs are obtainable over the counter. Macam takde regulations ajer. Don’t you need a doc prescription to get one?
