look-good-men.jpg

I train daily under the sun and the skin has taken its toll over the years. I used to be a sloppy joe, where I totally don’t tend to my skincare at all. A shower is all I need I thought. But as I grew older, I became more and more vain I guess!

Ok now that’s quite a statement coming from this macho Uncle eh … Hahaha

But seriously I’m not trying to be a wuss vainpot kind of a dude but looking good is essential, may in be in your line of work or just socializing. Working out is just not enough, you can’t really workout your face

I’ve always had problem with my facial skin, I got moles, pores, oily skin, blemishes plus acne, so I thought it was a futile attempt to start with. But there’s such skin care for men, it can be simple and no need of such fluffiness associated with ladies skincare

These days I’m trying to find out more and more of simple ways to take care of my skin. You can’t really see immediate results. What I learn is that such progressive care over the years will make a difference if your skin will glow

Men follow these simple steps

Now I’m more proactive in taking care of my skin. Hey it might not be perfect smooth, but it’s presentable. So if you got any tips for me, just comment aite :)

Edit: Commentator tips given

  • Cleanse, tone, moisturize
  • Clinique Skin Supplies for Men
  • Mustaffa Ctr

I recommend Clinique Skin Supplies for Men – soap, scruffing lotion, moisturizer – chop, chop done in less than 10 mins for a face any girl would die to kiss! ;)

my skin is prone to acne outbreaks as well. worse, my right cheek’s loaded with acnes and scars, but the left’s is almost entirely the opposite. ive been using this traditional cream known as Temulawak. said to lighten up the skin complexion as well as remove and prevent acnes and pimples. it does work for me, albeit at a very very slow rate. haizzz if only my skin’s as smooth as a baby’s butt.. -_-

I’ve been a regular reader on this site and this is something I can comment about. I have the same problem as you do, with the oily skin and the acne which totally sucks since I’m a girl and kinda vain too. anyway, Like the first commenter, you need to cleanse, tone and moisturise. Do it twice a day. You might need to go through a few products because not all of it may suit your skin. currently, I’m using Proactiv and it’s really good for the stubborn acne. Cheaper if you get it at Mustaffa Ctr. I think Biore and Nivea have a line just for men so you could try that out too.

    Just my $0.02 worth.

      That’s a good recommendation

Yeah oily skin well you can’t do much about it, we just gotta cope

Good idea about the Mustaffa Ctr

Thanks for commenting … your comment $0.02 worth jer ke?
