Never Leave Home Without These

Taking care of your skin is the utmost important and most of the consensus and surveys all point to plenty of people being negligent about it. Skin cancer is on the rise and it’s the 7th most common cancer in both males & females in Spore!

Never leave home without these

Well being active myself, I have my fair share of training under the sun. I was quite ignorant as with most people until I saw a documentary few years back that showed the extent of sun’s ultraviolet rays on our skin.

Well since then I’ve been using sun blocks like there’s no tomorrow, hahaha … Well over the years I’ve grown to love this certain sun block. I truly recommend Hamilton Superblock. It’s an aussie product. The lads down under should know and are experts at sun blocks obviously as skin cancer tops their cancer list.

Well it doesn’t have that ‘stinky’ awful sun block smell as it’s ‘sunscreen milk’ product, it’s water resistant up to 4 hours, it doesn’t give that sticky feeling on your skin as with most sun blocks and it has a very high protective SPF.

It feels as though I’m applying a bath milk when I used it. Trust me you’ll love it. But it will come at a price though. It will set you back around $15 for SPF 60 and $19 for SPF 80. But then again you can’t put value on your ‘quality’ of life. I think it’s money well spent.

The thing is, people always makes fun of me every time I applied the sun block during training. I think most people have this idea, that sun block are only used for the beach. Well it isn’t people. Do everything you can to minimize UV rays exposure!

    to teeshah:

maybe u’re allergic to a particular chemical component in e sunblock u used previously?

anw, yeah, $15 to $19 is pretty reasonable as compared to e mass market ones available nowadays. and definitely more affordable than the counter or clinical ones. so, no reason not to go w/o hamilton’s!

    is it UVA/UVB +++?

    :)

The guy from down under says hi~ Thanks for the concern bro I’m fine

Anyway $19 for 125ml is outragous.. it’ll barely last me a mth alone, people here buy sunblocks in like 1 litre tubs.

And u’re not wierd, everyone here applies sunblock before training. Imagine putting on spikes and this guy pulls out a tank of sunblock and everyone starts applying them.

    sounds gay.. looks gay.

But tanning is killer body art.

that’s what i’ve been trying to tell people … i’m not weird! haha

wah i wish i could get 1litre sun block, i’ll consume some even :-p

I can’t seem to find it these days in store (Singapore)

It’s Aussie made, so it should be available at your location
