Recently I just bought new training apparels. 3 shorts, 1 tights and 3 pair of socks.
Actually I visited the mall intending to buy myself socks only, as the current ones has holes in them (Btw can someone please be my official socks sponsor, I use socks as if they’re tissue!!) … but then again I told myself what the heck, I might as well buy new shorts & tights as the old ones are kinda ‘bacin’ (old).
Well today I tried using one of the new shorts to go for jogging, and it seems I got more stares than usual. It could just be my imagination, but I swear they were looking around my wee-wee nether region. Also it could be just me running funny. They could be looking puzzled at my selenger-ness (weirdness) when jogging.
But I suspect my shorts are too sexay for public use. To think of it, it does seem too skimpy after looking at the photo below, but when I tried it at the fitting room, it looks fine on me. As for the other two shorts, they’re less skimpier, footballer type of shorts.

Well you be the judge. Looking at the photo above, it reminds me of the shorts worn by the PTI (Viggo Mortensen) in that Demi’s Moore’s G.I. Jane movie eh.

hey…. if u want to buy socks… i think u can buy those $2 dollar socks from daiso which i use for my running… its cheap and its comfortable too… :) well…after all they r just as comfortable as nike or adidas socks… and oh.. i understand from yr last posts that u r looking for heart monitor watch and sunglasses is it??? well… if u want branded shades… oakley is GD!!! its highly recommended by most of my guy frens and also my brother!!! my brother swears by it when he goes for running and dragonboating practice…n i think it looks gd for sporty guys like u!!! And queensway has a wide range of shades from affordable to the ex ones… and oh… as for the heart monitor.. they say POLAR brand is good… and well.. if u dun mind second hand stuff… ebay has nice range and cheaper too.. i saw one polar heart monitor from singapore ebay costing only 100 bucks… if u r lucky u can get it at a lesser price too… :) hw i knw.. cos i am looking for one too.. :P
oh.. just in case if u r looking for daiso outlets… u can go to plaza sing, vivocity or imm!!! bt i prefer imm outlet cos its bigger!!! everything in tt shop sells for $2 ONLY.. :)
Well I tried those $1 or $2 socks before, took around the same time for the holes to appear as branded socks, haha. Well I just need a sponsor for socks! Yes I’m cheap, but in return for sponsorship, I shall use my ‘tak malu celebrity blogger status online’ to promote their brand, keke ..
Thanks for da recommendations, I was thinking of going to queensway but I’ll try amazon for a change, it’s way cheaper and now we got vpost for international shipment. I shall see if its cheaper to buy online or buy local.
just to add in one more thing.. queensway is queensway shopping centre next to Alexandra hospital.. :)
I know dei, keke. My NS camp and school used to be nearby. I jog there plenty too, sumtimes bump into nice looking nurses, haha.
