X Loop X63 Sunglasses Wrap Style UV400 Lens

Recall my earlier entry about getting running shades. Well finally I got off my lazy-ass and purchased them. I got them none other than at Amazon.com. Well I bought three pairs, and they are as below:

Anyway this is my first ever purchase of running shades. I used to think that those wearing shades are damn hao-lian (snobs), but ever since I stopped sprinting and took up jogging, the relevancy of using shades just beckons more and more.

Running at 3-4pm when the sun is out, can be ‘blinding’ indeed. It doesn’t help that most people I came across wearing shades are actually stuck-up with heads up their arses.

Well so to say I decided to plunge into buying one and had a change of heart regarding the matter.

I actually surveyed local eyewear boutique for my running shades. To my horror, there was so many to choose from, some of the sales person was either trying too hard to sell me their shades, or just don’t give a damn when this ‘Bangla’ looking person entered their store.

So I opted for the next best thing, buying online. I chose Amazon.com as there’s a filter that allows me to choose the best shades on reviews, ratings and such. Well I found the two models that was best for my liking, and you know what … the prices is like 1/tenth of the prices that was offered to me by local optical shops!

I feared before the shades arrive via Vpost, that it might not fit my face, being I’m Asian and I shopped at an Ang-Moh (overseas) website. Plus this type of thing (purchasing) you need to try-try right, in handling it, if it suits your face and style. But it all worked out fine for me in the end.

I’ve tried the shades for running myself earlier in the week, and its great! I don’t even realise it’s there on my face at times, yeah its that light. I bought the two pairs for running, one is a reflective type and the other totally black in color.

While the last pair is for lepak-ing (vacations). Maybe in my board shorts at the beach with my minah (hot Malay female) by my side, as I lather sunblock on her awesome sexy Minah bod! Hahaha.

Now you truly know why I need these shades. I don’t want to scare people away when I’m jogging mind you. Muahahahaha …
