Advertlets vs Nuffnang

I’ve been asked before, which of the two following local advertising is better? Oh man don’t make me choose please. I love the two network as both are making money for me. They’ve their own strength and are currently pushing for a new look in fact

Nuffnang v2.0 was announced when I went to the Nuffnang’s National Day movie treat … while I was told a new dashboard is in place at Advertlets, when I contacted them that the current one lack the option to add more than 10 blogs in the control panel.

Support wise, I felt Advertlets is better, my demand draft has arrived after the initial one had issue of Singaporean banks receiving Malaysian cheques. I had more contact with Advertlets compared to Nuffnang. But then again it was about the check issue, not a social call. I would have contacted Nuffnang too if their check had problems. Hopefully it won’t when I receive it. I have yet to receive Nuffnang check although I’ve cash-out like a month ago, but from recent blog entry, it’s coming

As for the loading of ads, I say Nuffnang loads faster, well for my blog that is and from my own observation. My other blogger friends also observed this, how about you guys?

Money wise, Advertlets is raking me more money while Nuffnang is still getting there. But I think it’s all about opportunity. Maybe Advertlets is better at finding more lobangs for me

I received my Advertlets demand draft this week

I have to say the recent 100 million impression ads by Advertlets is rather impressive, while Nuffnang is not upfront about their stats.

Both bosses Josh (Advertlets) and Ming (Nuffnang) are trying to gain more local bloggers support, but it seems more and more blogger are taking down the ads. My advice, gotta have more faith in them peeps, and stick with them.

So there you go, my observation these few months using both advertising network. They’re new and there’s bound to be hiccups. I say those still sticking with them, good for you. New bloggers, sign up with them.

And no, I’m not paid for this post. I believe in good karma. And no again, I’m not trying to show off anything, as some people might think previously. I’m just promoting an option for local bloggers that it’s possible to monetize your blog and get a good passive income without selling-out. My secret? Get good traffic
