I guess stepping out of someone shadow is pretty tough.
Especially when that shadow is someone who has made a BIG difference in people’s life. How do you compare, match up or even surpass the person.
I’m saying this because I just saw a recent Blomberg interview of former Malaysia Prime Minister Dr Mahatir.
The interview was mainly about him vs Ahmad Badawi power struggle issue.
The reporter, Haslinda Amin who spoke with an Aussie/British slang, whom I might add is quite cute, asked at the end of the interview, TOTALLY unrelated to the interview, what Mahatir thinks of our current PM Lee Hsien Loong
Mahatir nonchalantly said and I quote “he’s not able to accomplish anything”
Wow quite a statement eh.
Well I don’t know quite how it feels to be in someone else’s shadow as I’ve never been in that position before.
Either I’m the last or the first, never the follower, haha yes it’s the truth.
It’s an interesting video to watch. N
