Billabong Slippers

I love my new BillaBong slippers. So pwetty. Well to me it is. The thing is, I always pronounce and spell it as BillaBlong. Hmm *scratch head*. Well today is a feet fetish entry. Not that I splurge myself often, I don’t. The things I do or buy is out of necessity and never a luxury
You could say I’m pretty frugal person, but I’m at a point in my life where I can’t really afford a lot of stuff. I’d might say many of you out there can really relate to me. Let’s struggle on and hope for a better future
Umbro Boots

For my slippers earlier I bought it for $20+ while these soccer boots, it was on sale for $50+. It’s about time I get my own soccer boots, rather than borrowing someone’s else. I had Diadora, Kronos previously and now my third pair, it’s Umbro. I don’t really know how good it is, but I just love the design … Sunday soccer anyone? I play a mean winger, left or right
By the way, if you’re wondering why am I wearing long tights, well I was about to go training and I’m out of shorts. So it’s either the long tights or training in my boxers. The former is more ‘respectable’ eh. I’ve a pile of laundry at one corner to do later on … uurrghhh
China brand trainers

The thing about me when I do shop, I don’t really like to dwell much thinking into choosing. I see it, ascertain my options, wham bam I’m out of the shop with the purchase. You could say, I might be getting a better deal by looking around more, but it’s just me
Anyway I bought all three pairs of feetwear at SportsLinks. I decided to splurge there, firstly there was a sale, secondly I own a discount membership card and lastly I do really need a new pairs of trainers. Just look at the above one. Can see my little toe sticking out already

Well for the trainers, I settled for a cheap cheena trainers. Well it may not be a Nike or Ascis, but looking over it, it looks decent enough. Good cushioning, seams seem in-place. But I give it 2 months before I make the first gaping hole in it
Your feet cushioning and fitting plays a big role. Don’t get ‘psycho’ by the sales pitch or the person. Why get the more expensive trainers when a cheaper one serves the same purpose. Read up about your feet pronation, what type of cushioning you need and the range of budget suitable for you. Know what you’re looking for and lastly during testing, ensure the feeling-feeling while wearing it is just ‘right’
Note: This post was made in advance. By the time you’re reading this, I’m probably having the time of my life earlier in the morning at ZoukOut and too tired to blog. But to continue with my plan of blogging one post at least per day, here is the entry … Let’s party like a rawkstar!
