Genuine friends are extremely hard to find.
In the past, I have found perhaps one or two genuine friends. Recently, one of them has done some things that have proved me wrong.
This hurts a lot, because when you put so much trust into a person, and then they prove you wrong, you start to wonder how you will know anyone is genuine.
People will let you down, thats one of the sad facts of life.
All I can say, is once you find that genuine person, hang onto them. Sighh …
Acquaintance - You know them, they know you.
Friends - People you’ll go out with/party/hang with.
Best Friends – The person/people you rely on when youre down and are always behind you no matter what.
Friends “w/ Benefits” - I’ve heard it around a lot, pretty stupid really to only care enough about a person for their body, but hey, thats society…
Significant Other - Self explanatory
Ex - Well, heres where it can get hazy, an ex can either move into one of those categories listed above, or completely go downhill and become an enemy
Situational Enemy – They’ll make fun of you if you give them the chance
Enemy - They’ll make fun of you when they see you and generally disagree or go against you no matter what.
Mortal Enemy – This is the person that goes out of their way to ruin your day and gains happiness through your downfall
