The JSC spike has been giving me erratic performances. One day I’m running like there’s no tommorrow, on another day I’m as slow as my turtle.
Maybe it’s just me, nonetheless, these spikes are the lightest around and is made for the 400m, though I’ve tried it with 200m on trainings & trials with ease.
This flexible spike will own the turns as it’s made for driving around the turns and the homestretch. It’s quite a low arch spike, so if you need more height in running, this is not the spike for you
